Maiya was born in North Carolina and raised on southern sensibilities and hot biscuits. After performing in Off-Broadway theatre and touring for 2 years nationally and internationally, she settled in LA to pursue her film and television career. Her recent credits include #SayHerName- The lives that should have been, Hard Justice, What. and The Midnight Menagerie. Maiya is abundantly grateful to be a part of this production.
