After You Arrive

May I take photos and videos during my visit?

Photo ops at the Odyssey are available in our lobby and in front of the theatre but not during performances.

What is your policy on mobile devices?

We ask guests to turn off all mobile devices during the performance but we hope you’ll connect with us online at Facebook: /odysseytheatre  on Twitter at @odysseytheatre_  and instagram odysseytheatre

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Unfortunately we can not provide free Wi-Fi for our audiences.

Are food and drinks allowed in the theatre?

Water only. Food is prohibited.

What is the dress code?

Layers recommended, comfort suggested, shoes required.

When does the lobby open?

Asset 17

The lobby opens one hour before the performance of each show. The theatre opens for seating fifteen minutes before the performance of each show.

What if I arrive late for a performance.

In order to keep from disrupting the performance for other guests, late seating and re-entry during a performance is usually not possible.

Do you have a lost and found?

Do your rent your spaces for events and classes?

The Odyssey is a sought after venue for guest productions, classes and special events that require a dramatic atmosphere. Learn more about our spaces. Email rentals@odysseytheatre.com or call 310-277-2055 ext. 107 for information and a tour of the facility.

Does the Odyssey accept scripts?

The Odyssey does not accept or review unsolicited scripts. We do however invite unrepresented writers to submit a query consisting of a brief bio, short synopsis, character breakdown and ten pages of sample dialogue. How can I audition for Odyssey productions?

The Odyssey is not a membership company and is always looking for new talent. Auditions for our productions are posted on Breakdown Services for managers and agents and on Actors Access. You can mail a headshot and resume to the Odyssey Theatre, 2055 S. Sepulveda Blvd, L.A. 90025, Att: Sally or email her at Sally@odysseytheatre.com.

What is a “visiting production”?

During the year we open our theatre to guest companies. Subscriber flexible vouchers aren’t valid for these productions  but discounted tickets are sometimes made available. Please check the WHAT’S ON page on our website or contact the box office for information. boxoffice@odysseytheatre.com

How do I receive discount codes?

How do I enter a promo code?

When purchasing tickets online type in the promotion code (ie. “EARLYBIRD”) under “Have a Promotion Code?” then choose your seat. Please call the box office for assistance if you’re having any problems with the code.

Do you have group discounts available? Who do I call to reserve a school and education group?
