W. Alejandro Melendez
Lighting Designer
Alejandro is a lighting designer working in theatre, opera, and live experience. Past credits include a disability-affirmative production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Phamaly Theatre Company at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and the premiere of The Last Play by Rickerby Hinds for Latino Theatre Company at the LATC. He currently serves on the Steering Committee for the Latinx Theatre Commons and works as the lighting designer for WET Design. Alejandro holds an MFA in experience design from CalArts.
