Simone Tetrault
Assistant Director
Simone has directed productions, workshops and readings at the Japanese American National Museum, ARK Theatre, Abrons Arts Center, Access Theatre and FIGMENT Festival. She is the co-founder of Centrifuge Arts and has directed and choreographed productions including an immersive adaptation of Through the Looking Glass (2016) and Symphony of the Fourth Dimension (2015), for which she was awarded the SciArt Center of New York’s Biomeditation Grant. She previously worked with the women’s devising ensemble The Clearing, including development of the award-winning production hOMAge. In addition to her work as a director and choreographer, Simone has also been a speech and dialects coach for various New York independent theater productions. She received her BFA in drama from New York University.
