Keaton Shyler
Governor’s Wife, Ensemble
Keaton used to drive by the Odyssey Theatre as a child and thought, “I’d like to work there someday.” Needless to say, she’s thrilled to do her first production with the Odyssey — and about cosmic themes no less! Past credits include the devised work Love at the Bristol Theatre Royal, Tamora in Titus Andronicus with Shakespeare on the Deck, Hermia in A Midsummer’s Night Dream with Salty Shakespeare, Myra in Deathtrap at the West Valley Playhouse, Lisa Appleby in Lisa Appleby at the Camden Fringe Festival and Juliet in Romeo and Juliet at the Secret Rose Theatre. She can be found guest-starring in Caleb Synan’s Stand-up Special on Comedy Central. Keaton is also a performance and visual artist — she collaborated with the artist Nahum on the first interactive art installation in space, which is currently orbiting Earth. You can find out more about their work by googling the BBC article The Artworks Floating Above Earth. You may follow her journey@keatonshyler.
