Jason Delane, co-founding member of and artistic associate at Lower Depth Theatre, is proud to be making his Odyssey Theatre debut. At Lower Depth Theatre, credits include Safe Harbor by Tira Palmquist, Bulrusher by Eisa Davis, and Three Sisters After Chekhov by Mustapha Matura. Jason originated the role of “Malcolm X” in Kemp Powers, One Night in Miami…for Rogue Machine, and played the same role in subsequent productions at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and at Miami New Drama. NYC acting credits include Romeo and Juliet, and Macbeth for the Classical Theatre of Harlem (where he also serves as a board member). His Chicago acting credits include work at the Goodman, Northlight, Court, Victory Gardens and Lookingglass theaters. He is a member of Antaeus Theater here in Los Angeles, and is a life member of the Actor’s Studio. Jason dedicates this performance to his entire family, adopted as well as biological. Ties that bind.
