Gabriel is a highly skilled actor and performer, originally from Puerto Rico. He earned his BA in Theater from the University of Puerto Rico and went on to obtain his MFA in Acting from CalArts. Throughout his career, Gabriel has captivated audiences around the world with his versatile talent, performing at renowned venues and festivals such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Prague Quadrennial and Fabrica del Arte in Cuba, among others. Currently, he is assisting with production at the Odyssey Theatre, and feels grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful community. As a true Renaissance man in the world of theater, film, and television, Gabriel is experienced in all aspects of the performing arts, including writing, directing, producing and acting. He is most notably recognized for his outstanding solo performance, INSULA directed by Gema Galiana, which premiered at the Odyssey Theater in July 2022. Gabriel’s artistic contributions have also been featured at the prestigious Grotowski Institute in Wroclaw, Poland, where he completed an artistic residency. He is deeply passionate about creating impactful and innovative work that pushes the boundaries of traditional theater, and his dedication to the craft is unwavering.
